This script was sent to me by one of my very own little ones and I immediately fell in love with the concept of transforming an anxious overthinking grown up into a sweetly compliant, deeply relaxed, diaper dependent, mentally regressed little adult baby with just a simple phrase.

Imagine if it were you sitting across from me in a busy cafe, head full of troublesome thoughts that just won’t go away. How wonderful would it feel if I could just make all thoughts go away by uttering a single phrase? Wouldn’t it be so freeing, so peaceful to just let everything go and instantly become my sweet silly dumb little baby then and there?
