I know I’m super late with this file and I do hope you won’t hold it against me! I’ve been working on my doula business so my attention is a bit divided at the moment. This session came out so soft and sweet though and it was so much fun to write and record. I know some of you *love* the princess and feminization files so I really tried to lean into all the soft, pink, frilly sweetness I could with this one. I have another file planned *hopefully* for tomorrow. (We’ll see how it goes.) But in the meantime, enjoy!

This session plays around with the themes of potty untraining/diaper dependence I know so many of you love. Using more therapeutic techniques, I pay particular attention to the muscles of your bladder and pelvic floor, working to consciously “untrain” the adult habit of holding and controlling the bladder, reframing the sensation of a full bladder not as a signal to hold on but rather associating the sensation of release with feelings of happiness and baby bliss.

In this session, I wanted to create a quick and effective trigger for you to use for instant mental regression; whether with or without me. The induction is meant to feel playful and fun but once you’re deeply relaxed, I introduce an anchor, the trigger phrase that you can repeat to yourself or imagine me whispering in your ear and instantly drop you into a deeply relaxed and mentally regressed state. You’ll still be you but you’ll feel more baby-like – peaceful, curious and simple with a natural desire to use your diaper with no need for conscious thoughts or adult decision making.

For this week’s second session, you’ll be lovingly guided to become Nanny’s precious little sissy baby. I know how many of you love being feminized and transformed into babygirls and I’ve been toying with the idea of a baby in a bubble for a little while now. I just had this mental image of floating in a bubble, safe and protected from the outside world and what that might feel like to exist in your own little cocoon of safety and protection.

Really, this script sort of wrote itself and recording it was a lot of fun. I genuinely kept imagining all the things I was describing and having such a great time with the mental imagery aspects. These are the things I personally really enjoy playing around with. This session just felt really silly and playful and innocent. Sometimes I wish I could animate the things I come up with but maybe someone else can come along sometime and do that!

I’m not entirely sure what happened but for some reason my Stripe account is currently under review/disabled. PayPal still works just fine and and I *did* figure out how to list files over on C4S, so we carry on. I’ve been contacted by other sites asking me if I’d be interested in listing with them but with a library as big as mine, the idea of transferring everything over feels daunting to say the least … Though I may end up doing just that just so we don’t end up losing everything, you know?

I wanted to let you all know what’s going on. At first I thought it was some weird April Fool’s day joke or something but apparently not. Hopefully it all gets straightened out quickly and everything is back to normal soon.

Last week I gave you all a trigger that you (or your caregiver) could use to send you into little space. This week … I’m giving you a trigger that will automatically cause you to wet your diaper *and* feel so deliciously small and helpless, so deeply surrendered, so wonderfully loved …

Because honestly, I think you deserve to feel all those wonderful things whenever you want. The main focus is diaper wetting, feeling small, feeling deeply regressed and feeling loved when you give in to those babyish wants and desires.

This file is very simple, very straightforward. There are no background layers to distract, no music. Its actually kind of intimate feeling when you listen to it. Just me, my voice, murmuring the suggestions straight into your ears. I know not everyone enjoys that sort of thing and that’s okay! Some people really love it. If you do, this is very much a file just for you.

I apologize for my late post! I’ve missed you all so very much but I’ve been in and out of the hospital with an icky illness. To make up for it, I’m giving you *two* files this week instead of just one! I hope that makes it a little easier that I’ve been gone for so long.
