I know I'm super late with this file and I do hope you won't hold it against me! I've been working on my doula business so my attention is a bit divided at the moment. This session came out so soft and sweet though and it was so much fun to write and record. I know some of you *love* the princess and feminization files so I really tried to lean into all the soft, pink, frilly sweetness I could with this one. I have another file planned *hopefully* for tomorrow. (We'll see how it goes.) But in the meantime, enjoy!

This session plays around with the themes of potty untraining/diaper dependence I know so many of you love. Using more therapeutic techniques, I pay particular attention to the muscles of your bladder and pelvic floor, working to consciously "untrain" the adult habit of holding and controlling the bladder, reframing the sensation of a full bladder not as a signal to hold on but rather associating the sensation of release with feelings of happiness and baby bliss. In this session, I wanted to create a quick and effective trigger for you to use for instant mental regression; whether with or without me. The induction is meant to feel playful and fun but once you're deeply relaxed, I introduce an anchor, the trigger phrase that you can repeat to yourself or imagine me whispering in your ear and instantly drop you into a deeply relaxed and mentally regressed state. You'll still be you but you'll feel more baby-like - peaceful, curious and simple with a natural desire to use your diaper with no need for conscious thoughts or adult decision making.
